Private Reference Project
This site is privately owned and operated. It is not part of Blair County government, the Blair County Sheriff's Office, Blair County Prison, Centre County Correctional Facility, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections, the Pennsylvania courts, the Federal Bureau of Prisons, ICE, or any other public agency.
The purpose is to organize public-facing routes that people commonly need after a Blair County arrest or jail commitment. Those routes include the Blair County Prison phone path, Pennsylvania UJS case search, Right-to-Know requests, VINELink, the Pennsylvania DOC locator, BOP, and ICE ODLS.
What We Cannot Do
This site cannot confirm whether a person is in custody, release an inmate, transfer an inmate, schedule a visit, accept bond, change a court date, correct a government record, or give legal advice. It does not operate a jail roster and does not host official inmate files, court records, warrants, or booking photographs.
How Sources Are Used
Content is written from official county, court, state, and federal sources where available, with careful treatment of Blair County's no-roster finding. Where local reporting is used for population trends, it is described as dated public reporting rather than a live count or official dashboard.
Search Partners
Some search boxes or sponsored tools may be provided by outside search partners. Blair County Inmate Population may receive referral fees when visitors use those partner tools. Those partners are separate businesses, and their results, prices, terms, and data practices are controlled by them.
Neither this site nor its search partners provides consumer reports or services for Fair Credit Reporting Act purposes. Do not use information found here or through a linked partner for employment, tenant screening, credit, insurance, licensing, or any other FCRA-covered decision.
